Aspire Software is hiring a part-time Training Manager to work within our professional services function. This remote role offers significant autonomy to shape a key business area, assisting in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the existing Training & Consultancy Manager and the wider professional services team on customer and internal projects
- Deliver high quality training on our software products
- Support the professional services function in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results
- Generate leads for professional services from existing customers, nurture and close sales
- Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers and/or market
- Align with KPI’s set for the Professional Services team and actively contribute to meeting targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a training or professional services team
- Proven software training experience within a SaaS or technology environment
- A strong track record of executing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously on own initiative
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels
Nice to Have
- Experience in and knowledge of the Housing industry
- Experience working in a remote environment
Team & Environment
You will work within the professional services function and report to the Head of Operations.
