atmio is looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager (m/f/x) ready to build something from the ground up. You'll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact in a fast-moving environment focused on decarbonizing the energy sector.
What You'll Do
- Be our full-cycle sales engine: Drive revenue and shape sales strategy as one of the first sales employees.
- Drive sales execution: Actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go-to-market strategies to increase market share.
- Lead outreach initiatives: Handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with management: Work closely with our CEO and sales team on strategies to drive company growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales execution as an AE or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working in an early-stage startup.
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems; best case HubSpot.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Fluent in Spanish, French, or Italian.
