Aledade seeks a Sr. Manager, Healthcare Payment Operations to lead a senior leadership role managing healthcare payment operations for our provider network performance economics team. This position is critical to our mission of supporting independent primary care.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee all healthcare payment operations for the provider network performance economics team.
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize payment processes and ensure financial performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for payment accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payment operations with broader business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior leadership experience in healthcare payment operations within a provider network or similar environment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare economics, payment models (e.g., value-based care), and revenue cycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving operational performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. While candidates across the US are welcome, we have a preference for those located near Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Austin, TX; Richmond, VA; or Milwaukee, WI.
