Autodesk Inc. is hiring a Chief of Staff, Autodesk Tandem

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and leading VP-level and other crucial stakeholder meetings to ensure productivity
  • Utilizing an AI-first approach to enhance daily operations with smart technology
  • Supporting the VP Tandem staff by managing the team's operational model and fostering development
  • Overseeing the strategic planning process, including roadmaps, metrics, and interdependencies for Tandem
  • Identifying critical decisions and acting as a decision-making coach and facilitator, creating necessary structures
  • Developing and implementing the organization’s communication strategy, including executive communication tools and company-wide forums
  • Preparing for regular check-ins, updates, and reports, typically using Microsoft PowerPoint presentations over Zoom across multiple time zones
  • Collaborating with the Operations Solutions Chief of Staff group and leading within the broader organization
  • Defining and implementing standard operating procedures and systems to support leadership priorities and organizational alignment, maintaining and improving tools such as Wiki, Airtable, Miro, Slack, Teams, and PowerBI dashboards for stakeholder transparency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program and/or process management, with a focus on strategy and people development
  • Proven track record as a team builder and facilitator in complex, matrixed environments
  • Extensive experience managing organizational change
  • Background in developing and executing comprehensive technical communication plans
  • Ability to simplify complex technical projects into understandable components
  • Experience in building and leading effective teams
  • Proficiency in creating C-level presentations and strong communication skills
  • High proficiency with AI tools, Miro, Airtable, and Microsoft O365

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or MBA
  • Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and other project management tools and techniques
