Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in Economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or similar; knowledge in the field of healthcare IT/e-health is an advantage
- At least first job experience, ideally in the hospital / healthcare or software sector, or with exposure to executive leadership. We welcome motivated junior talents as well as more experienced persons
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to work with AI tools
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to see the bigger picture and break down complex challenges into actionable steps
- Project Management: Ability in managing multiple concurrent initiatives and delivering results against tight deadlines
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data to generate meaningful insights for executive decision
- High Emotional Intelligence: Empathetic and attuned to the motivations and concerns of both executive leaders and teams
