Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer reporting directly to the CEO. As a core member of our executive team, you will shape a world-class marketing strategy to drive growth, support revenue objectives, and establish our position as a leader in B2B Sales Intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company growth, revenue, and OKRs, ensuring initiatives tie to measurable business outcomes.
- Elevate brand positioning by conducting robust market research and staying ahead of trends, buyer behaviours, and the competitive landscape.
- Champion AI integration across marketing to enhance efficiency, impact, and personalisation while crafting narratives around our AI-powered platform.
- Strategically manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team focused on experimentation and data-led decision-making.
- Ensure legal and compliance adherence for all marketing activities.
- Partner closely with Sales to align messaging, accelerate pipeline, and optimise conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership with proven success scaling functions and directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of today's dynamic marketing landscape, including demand gen fatigue, SEO shifts, and AI-disrupted buying behaviour.
- Proven experience marketing data-driven and AI-powered products and communicating complex capabilities to a commercial audience.
- Experience embedding AI into marketing workflows for personalisation, performance optimisation, and customer insights.
- Ability to balance performance and brand to optimise pipeline creation across paid, organic, and content channels.
- Experience shaping multi-product narratives and refining post-merger value propositions.
- Fluent in attribution, campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and efficiency KPIs.
- Experience attracting, building, and leading high-performing marketing teams, whether in-house or via agencies.
- Exceptional communicator adept at engaging internal and external audiences.
- An entrepreneurial, curious, and action-oriented mindset with a passion for creating significant impact.
