Rho is looking for a Chief Karma Officer (Contractor) to build our authentic presence within Reddit's founder and startup communities. Your mission is to establish Rho as a trusted voice by engaging in relevant discussions with genuine, helpful, and founder-first insights.

What You'll Do

Actively engage in targeted subreddits like r/startups, r/entrepreneur, r/vc, and r/finance with high-context responses that solve real problems.
Manage Rho’s official Reddit account, posting with a helpful, trusted, and human tone that reflects our brand voice.
Surface relevant threads and debates to the marketing team to inform timely responses, content creation, and thought leadership.
Identify emerging topics and trends where Rho can contribute unique expertise in banking, finance, and scaling startups.
Shape and evolve the Reddit engagement strategy, prioritizing high-signal participation that builds long-term trust.
Turn product moments, founder insights, and ecosystem news into subreddit-native posts and comments that drive discussion.
Track key metrics like karma, engagement rate, inbound traffic, and referral conversions, sharing learnings to improve performance.
Collaborate with other marketing functions to bring customer stories and expert advice into community conversations in a value-first way.
Partner with the Growth Lead to translate high-quality Reddit interactions into qualified top-of-funnel activity.
Collaborate with the SEO Manager to identify high-intent Reddit discussions that can inform keyword targeting, blog content, and FAQ material.
Capture and share founder FAQs, recurring pain points, and conversation trends from Reddit to help Rho show up in AI-powered search results.
