RemoteVA PH is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Assistant to provide comprehensive financial and administrative support. You will manage critical accounting functions, produce detailed financial insights, and coordinate executive tasks to enable the CFO's strategic leadership.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.
- Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO.
- Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
- Provide insights to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
