Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with company goals
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
- Manage preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate filings
- Supervise internal controls and audit processes
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and reporting tools
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity
- Oversee capital structure and financing activities
- Lead financial due diligence for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Develop and track key performance indicators for financial health
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors
- Implement risk management strategies related to financial exposure
- Support pricing and profitability analysis across business units
- Guide investor communications and financial disclosures
- Lead process improvements in financial operations
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
- Provide oversight for payroll and benefits administration
