RemoteVA PH is hiring a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and guide the company’s long-term financial planning and performance. You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy and supporting sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Direct all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors.
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion.
- Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor financial health and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Partner with other executives on strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and corporate development.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems, internal controls, and reporting standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable.
