Requirements
- 10+ years in data, AI, automation, or digital transformation with leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives and teams of 10+
- Strong experience in financial performance management, driving ROI, and delivering measurable value
- Deep knowledge of intelligent automation, AI/ML, data platforms, governance, integration patterns, privacy, and security
- Ability to influence without authority and operate across complex, multi-country environments
- Strong understanding of platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and UiPath
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, with certifications in data management, AI, automation platforms, or project management.
