Responsibilities
- Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations Manager
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible
- Rostering & leading on site teams
- Daily reporting
- Proven experience across management and in mass-catering environments, including preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries
- HACCP expertise combined with strong leadership and organisational skills
- A passion for driving high-quality culinary experiences
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
- Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
- Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions

- FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential
