What You'll Do

You will lead cybersecurity initiatives from design to execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

You will develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and compliance posture. Your analysis will inform strategic decisions, helping prioritize actions and manage risks across digital assets.

You will assess and refine existing security processes, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and response capabilities. Regular reporting will support leadership in risk governance and long-term planning.

Collaboration with technical security teams and business units will be central to your role. You will act as a liaison to ensure clear communication, shared understanding of security requirements, and smooth implementation of initiatives.

Experience with identity and access management (IAM), customer identity (CIAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption methods, PKI, and NPM/APM tools is required.

Strong analytical abilities and experience with MS365, Sentinel, Defender, and identity management for remote access are expected. You can translate technical realities into actionable insights for decision-makers.
