McLane Company is hiring a Checker/Loader IV to start a fulfilling warehouse career. In this role, you'll be responsible for loading and securing products, maintaining quality control, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment as part of our team-driven culture.
What You'll Do
- Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
- Complete job duties by hand or by use of powered equipment.
- Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
- Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
- Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
- Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
- Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Compensation: $23.75 per hour.
