The Chapter Director is an entrepreneurial, commission-based leadership role at CEO Life, a growing executive community connecting 34+ chapters and aiming to reach 50,000 global leaders. In this role, you’ll drive growth in your local market by building authentic relationships and delivering exceptional experiences using CEO Life’s proven systems and support.
What You'll Do
- Strategically build relationships within your industry niche
- Leverage CEO Life's proven LinkedIn automation and outreach systems
- Close 3-10+ new members monthly (top performers average 7+)
- Host and drive attendance to monthly signature events
- Collaborate with your Executive Leadership Pod to create exceptional member experiences
- Build long-term wealth through the recurring commissions you generate

Compensation: Commission-based with earnings: Solid Performer (3 members/month): $54,000/year; Strong Performer (5 members/month): $90,000/year; Top Performer (7+ members/month): $126,000+/year.
