Moxa seeks a Channel Sales Manager to expand our presence in the industrial networking market. In this quota-driven role, you will build and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive strategic channel growth.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing opportunities with existing and new channel partners.
- Conduct joint sales calls to uncover business opportunities and win competitive deals.
- Work closely with distributors and resellers to ensure outstanding service and support.
- Build strong relationships with channel leadership and sales teams to increase mindshare and grow Moxa’s footprint.
- Build mindshare with channel partners via education and awareness to drive and increase Moxa’s share of partner total revenue.
- Where applicable, identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support Moxa’s growth strategy.
- Develop and execute channel marketing programs in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Sales to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Represent Moxa at regional and national trade shows to showcase our solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners design and implement industrial networking solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial networking or a related field.
- 5+ years of channel management experience, including partner recruitment, development, and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong sales presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of channel partners' organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Executives).
- Proven ability to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
- Comfortable with 50% travel across the assigned territory.

Work Mode
This is a local-country position. You will be based in and cover the South Central U.S. region (Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri).
