Learnlight is looking for a Channel Partnerships Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns, you will build productive relationships with our channel partners, enable them with co-branded materials, and execute joint awareness and lead generation campaigns to expand our market reach.
What You'll Do
- Develop strong connections with marketing and sales contacts at channel partner organizations.
- Introduce new partners to the company’s value proposition, messaging, and marketing resources.
- Co-create and execute joint awareness and lead generation initiatives, including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Work with Product Marketing to tailor existing materials into partner-ready, co-branded content.
- Track campaign results and partner activities, conduct quarterly marketing reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a shared calendar of initiatives and collaborate closely with Field Marketing and Partnerships teams for local execution.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in partner or channel marketing.
- Proven ability to support co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Dynamics 365), marketing automation, and asset management tools.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance, generate partner reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Comfort collaborating across different regions and time zones.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other European languages.
