Stable was looking for a Channel Partnerships Lead

As the Channel Partnerships Lead at Stable, you will own a critical growth channel that reaches hundreds of thousands of companies and drives a significant portion of our growth. You will join a mission-driven company, backed by leading investors, that is fixing the broken system of entity management with a product that customers love.

What You'll Do

  • Establish new referral partnerships by identifying, prioritizing, and closing new high-value partners through outbound outreach, discovery conversations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Create scalable outreach playbooks to consistently generate new inbound and outbound partner leads.
  • Build deep understanding of each partner's incentive structures and how Stable can align as a value-add in their workflows.
  • Own and grow existing referral relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for top partners, maintaining regular communication and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Develop new opportunities for engagement and growth with existing partners, including tiered incentives, training sessions, and cross-sell strategies.
  • Run partner marketing campaigns by designing and executing campaigns in collaboration with partners to promote Stable to their audiences.
  • Build campaign collateral and toolkits that make it easy for partners to evangelize Stable.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, iterating to maximize ROI and partner satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or growth roles.
  • Proven success with B2B referral/affiliate programs or ecosystem marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working autonomously.

  • Experience at an early-stage startup.
  • Experience working across law, accounting, incorporation, or VC networks.
