TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is hiring a Channel Manager to capture growth opportunities within the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) residential market. In this role, you will connect with key stakeholders in property management and the condominium industry, crafting and executing exclusive marketing partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Craft and implement exclusive marketing partnerships tailored to capture every current and future resident moving into MDU properties.
- Execute partnership opportunities through cross collaboration with both internal and external channels.
- Negotiate and support various size ownership groups, builder and property management relationships, often leading the conversation at a C-suite level.
- Act as the single point of contact, ensuring white glove service is provided to partners.
- Support the development and execution of the strategic program to increase product penetration across existing properties and long standing operational portfolios.
- Maintain the positive growth trajectory of the portfolio through leadership, innovative sales support strategies, and a focus on executional excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven account management experience, combining hunting and farming roles.
- Experience managing existing accounts and pursuing incremental opportunities to grow the portfolio.
- Champion of a positive team culture prioritizing team support, coaching, professional development and goal setting.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate business challenges and strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages at an executive level anchored in performance metrics.
- Openness to adapt to changing business needs and can handle ambiguity well.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to territory specific cities in Ontario.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated success as a sales executive, with a proven track record of growing a funnel of new business.
- Pre-existing relationships in the developer, builder and/or property management community.
- Experience working with General Contractors, Vendor relations, Electrical contractors OR have a background in the construction industry or tenant experience.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscapes to manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience in SFDC, JIRA and G-Suite tools.
- Working knowledge of TELUS consumer channels, marketing and sales organizations.
- Mastery level proficiency in both English and French.
