Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change readiness.
  • Create and maintain documentation for change management processes.
  • Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices.
  • Assess and manage resistance to change.
  • Ensure alignment of change initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
  • Support the development of change management plans for new projects.
  • Work with leadership to communicate change vision and benefits.
  • Coordinate with HR to manage employee transitions.
  • Develop and deliver change management training programs.
  • Analyze change impacts on processes, systems, and people.
  • Support the integration of change management into project management frameworks.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on change management tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement change management metrics and KPIs.
  • Support the development of a change management center of excellence.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to enhance change management capabilities.
  • Develop and implement a change management communication plan.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in change management (e.g., ProSci, ACMP, CMAP).
  • Experience in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
