Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive change initiatives on major client projects, ensuring effective communication and successful adoption.
- Apply certified change methodologies to produce reliable and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to embed change management across all project phases.
- Create and maintain change-related documentation, including plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Promote awareness and reinforce organizational change using established frameworks.
- Develop and manage manuals, communications, and training content for future-state operations.
- Coach and guide early-career team members to build capability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and refine project delivery methods.
- Design innovative change solutions using technology and automation where applicable.
