Responsibilities
- Create and implement a unified change strategy that supports project schedules and business goals.
- Collaborate with project and functional leaders to integrate change initiatives into overall project planning.
- Adjust change strategies dynamically in response to shifting project scope, timelines, or risks.
- Identify and evaluate stakeholder groups affected by change, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and update a stakeholder map while assessing risks related to organizational change.
- Design focused engagement strategies and risk mitigation plans to manage resistance and support adoption.
- Attend governance, steering, and project meetings to highlight change-related impacts and concerns.
- Lead or support assessments of change impact across people, workflows, and technology systems.
- Work with business units to verify and document the effects of change initiatives.
- Ensure change impacts are clearly communicated to inform training and messaging strategies.
- Plan and execute a detailed communication approach, including audience segmentation, messaging, channels, and timing.
- Produce and customize communication assets such as emails, briefing notes, newsletters, FAQs, and progress updates.
- Maintain consistent, accurate, and timely communication throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with business and training teams to shape the training strategy and delivery schedule.
- Develop and manage training resources, including job aids, quick guides, instructor materials, presentations, and micro-learning content.
- Support or co-deliver training sessions for end users, including training-of-trainers and facilitator coaching.
- Organize training logistics in coordination with project and business teams, covering audience selection, scheduling, attendance, and feedback.
- Ensure training materials reflect documented change impacts, updated processes, and system workflows.
- Collect feedback from participants and refine training content to improve learning outcomes and adoption.
- Design and lead change readiness evaluations and stakeholder interviews at critical project stages.
- Review feedback to measure readiness for adoption and suggest corrective actions.
- Conduct follow-up assessments after go-live to monitor early adoption and identify areas needing additional support.
- Deliver enhanced change management support during implementation and stabilization phases.
- Work with business leaders to reinforce new practices, resolve challenges, and sustain change.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future initiatives.
