Barclays is hiring a Change Delivery Manager to manage change projects that help the Bank achieve its strategic objectives. You will support the execution of impactful, business-led and regulatory change across the Bank’s Data and Records Management estate, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

Manage change projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and to required quality standards.
Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to inform about progress and meet needs.
Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and necessary skills to deliver objectives.
Manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within agreed budget.
Create reports on project progress to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage project risks, ensuring risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful implementation.
Contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change.
Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/processes; deliver continuous improvements.
Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on functional and cross functional areas of impact.
Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.
Collaborate with other areas to keep up to speed with business activity and strategies.
Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem solving processes.
Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Define and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory goals.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication among technical staff and business partners.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies, adapting plans, and escalating appropriately.
Monitor project performance through metrics and reporting, providing senior leadership with timely updates.

What We're Looking For

Experience defining and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Experience identifying and managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Experience monitoring project performance through metrics and reporting.
Deep familiarity with project management delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.
Confidence operating in technically complex environments and understanding technical concepts such as metadata, data quality controls and lineage.

Nice to Have
