Marietta Plastic Surgery is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing aesthetics team. In this role, you will provide essential back-office support for patients and clinicians, playing a key part in office communication and workflow.
What You'll Do
- Update and maintain all digital client records.
- Record patient information, including vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history prior to appointments.
- Clean and prepare examination rooms prior to patient appointments.
- Work in the front office answering phone calls and greeting patients.
- Assist in maintaining medical inventory and placing orders for new materials.
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Must be willing to work in both our Marietta and Woodstock (Towne Lake) locations.
- Diploma from an accredited medical assistant program.
- Medical Assistant Certification required (CMA or RMA).
- BLS Certification.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with medical software.
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
- Prior experience in a plastic surgery office or comparable setting (Dermatology or Cosmetic Dentist).
