Marietta Plastic Surgery is looking for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing aesthetics team. In this role, you will provide vital back-office support for patients and clinicians, playing a key part in office communication and workflow.
What You'll Do
- Update and maintain all digital client records
- Record patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history prior to each appointment
- Clean and prepare examination rooms prior to patient appointments
- Work in the front office taking care of tasks such as answering phone calls and greeting patients
- Assist the nurse and office manager in maintaining the medical inventory and placing orders for new materials
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming at all times
What We're Looking For
- Must be willing to work in both Marietta and Woodstock (Towne Lake) locations
- Diploma from an accredited medical assistant program
- Medical Assistant Certification required (CMA, RMA)
- BLS Certification
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with medical software
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician
- Prior experience working in a plastic surgery office or comparable medical office setting (Dermatology or Cosmetic Dentist)

Work Mode
This is an onsite position requiring work at our locations in Marietta, GA and Woodstock, GA.
