Vidalta Residential is hiring a Centralization Operations Specialist to enhance efficiency and consistency across our property portfolio. In this role, you will standardize processes, optimize technology, manage centralized relationships, and provide high-level support to on-site teams. What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all core centralized property management activities.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Monitor the adoption of standardized processes across all properties.
- Collaborate with regional and on-site managers to align centralized strategies with local market needs.
- Serve as the primary system administrator and Subject Matter Expert for property management software.
- Assist with user access, system configuration, and data integrity across centralized platforms.
- Conduct regular training sessions for on-site staff on technology usage and data entry compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or software integrations to improve efficiency.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Ensure properties adhere to centralized compliance requirements, including fair housing laws.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation by providing centralized documentation.
- Provide Tier 2 operational support to property managers and leasing agents.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, guides, and FAQs.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new property management staff.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3-7 years in property management, with emphasis on multi-site operations, process development, or system administration.
- Demonstrated experience with major property management software platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation (e.g., flowcharts, SOPs).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
