Samsung Electronics Canada invites ambitious graduates to jump-start their career as a CE Trainee. This role offers on-the-job learning and training from experienced professionals within the multinational environment of our CE Division Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the client database by adding client profiles and updates.
- Support key account managers by providing feedback on market results.
- Manage sales administrative documentation, following internal procedures to maintain a proper contract database.
- Develop and maintain reports according to the existing needs in the division's basic activity.
- Liaise with the commercial, marketing, and other departments related to business needs.
- Analyze and study the market, competitors, trends, and customer satisfaction.
- Connect with finance teams, participate in finance meetings, and update your team as per project needs.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and team-related skills.
- Fluency in the English language.
- A problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.
- A commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
- Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS) and a knack for database administration.
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- A degree in a business or marketing field is considered an advantage.
- Project management knowledge could be a plus.
