OrganOx is hiring a CDMO Outsourced Operations Leader to oversee and drive our external manufacturing partnerships. You will be responsible for managing the operational relationship with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) to ensure successful execution of our production needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end operational relationship with our CDMO partners
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for outsourced operations
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align external manufacturing with business objectives
- Monitor and report on CDMO performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the outsourced operations framework
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing external manufacturing operations, preferably within a regulated industry
- Strong understanding of CDMO engagement models and contract manufacturing processes
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex operational challenges and drive solutions
