The Casino Manager - UK will support the delivery of effective strategies to meet and exceed company objectives in the UK market, focusing on operational execution, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders. This role is part of Osiris Trading, a key division within Super Group, and requires a proactive leader with deep knowledge of the online gaming and casino industry.
What You'll Do
- Assist in delivery of overall Casino strategy to meet and exceed the company’s business objectives for the market
- Proactively seek out opportunities that will help grow and benefit the business
- Build relationships with casino games providers to ensure best leverage of content, promos & features available
- Secure offers & exclusives and coordinate delivery with the rest of the UK team
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to optimise activity accordingly
- Generate and present a monthly performance review of the casino business for UK team across all brands
- Undertake regular competitor reviews and product gap analysis to drive the market forwards
- Assist stakeholders to ensure acquisition and retention initiatives are optimal for market
- Work with the brand marketing team to develop a relevant VI for the brands and ensure consistent brand marketing strategy at local market level
- Ensure each brand’s identity, tone of voice, etc. is consistent
- Ensure all digital inventory and online properties are up to date and displaying the best possible content for the local market
- Work with CRM teams to ensure each phase of the player lifecycle is optimised with relevant promotional initiatives
- Develop close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the business
- Provide Head of UK with local market insights to continually improve and adjust strategy, delivery, and execution of activity
- Work closely with business stakeholders to influence product development roadmaps using expertise and market knowledge
- Lead on UK gamification project
- Work with internal development teams to fix issues and deliver constant improvements in the core product offering
- Include game ordering, prioritisation of promo tools, provider onboarding, etc.
- Continually refresh knowledge of best in industry and best in market product developments to ensure delivery of best of breed products and customer experience

- Ability to conceptualise, discuss and present data, results and proposals internally and externally
Nice to Have
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
