Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash collected from riders
- Ensure all delivered orders have been paid for
- Verify the payment method reported by delivery associates and match it with cash or POS remittances
- Record all collections in CPMT against the list of delivered orders
- Take responsibility for collected cash and ensure its timely transfer to the Finance team at the end of each day
- Deposit collected cash into FETS and obtain a proof of deposit
- Forward the proof of deposit to the Finance team and create a payment entry in CPMT
- Ensure the accuracy of balances for each rider and your hub
- Complete and record all collections on the same day
- At the start of each day, report the previous day's collections and share a list of any outstanding collections
- Publish a daily remittance collection pending report by riders from CPMT
Requirements
- Great attention to detail
- Rigorous approach, ensuring all orders are reconciled and cash collected before closing business
- Full responsibility for collecting all payments
- 1-2 years of experience
- BSc in Accounting or a related field
