Harlow's Casino Resort and Spa is hiring a Cash/Player Services Representative for its Presque Isle Downs & Casino location in Erie, PA. You will be a key point of contact for financial transactions and guest services, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our patrons.
What You'll Do
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for casino guests
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing player inquiries and needs
- Maintain and balance assigned cash bank
- Adhere to all gaming regulations and company policies for financial controls
- Promote player loyalty and casino events and services
What We're Looking For
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for handling cash
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- High level of integrity and responsibility
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
