Consumerscu is looking for a Cash Management Support Specialist to support cash management products within our Business Services Department. You will serve as the primary point of contact for business members and internal partners, providing expertise on services including ACH, BRDC, Positive Pay, and online banking, and explaining related processes, including loans.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct support to business members, responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email regarding cash management services and commercial deposit accounts.
- Deliver over-the-phone training for all cash management services, including ACH processing, business online banking, positive pay, and Business Remote Deposit Capture.
- Provide support and maintenance for Commercial Card inquiries.
- Complete system setup and maintenance tickets for existing and new cash management products.
- Assist in collecting required business member documents to establish or maintain cash management services and deposit accounts.
- Support branch offices and internal teams with cash management questions.
- Train members on new online banking setups.
- Assist in completing account proposals for banking services.
- Support the business credit department with annual reviews for cash management products by pulling reports and conducting system account reviews.
- Provide specialized line of business support and work on other projects as directed.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and member service departments as needed.
- Cross-sell products and services to better serve business members.
- Handle incoming referrals and support business credit and documentation processes.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma and relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and able to work with analytical tools.
- Professional appearance, with the ability to build rapport with members and enjoy working with people.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to perform research and learn internal credit union systems and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of business/commercial products and the ability to organize, implement, and utilize checklists for documentation and operations.
- Familiarity with the operating system and reporting related to business services, as well as deposit-related requirements.
