CJ Logistics America is hiring a Transportation Finance Analyst to be the financial pulse of our transportation operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and real-world performance, collaborating across teams to build the systems that drive daily success.
What You'll Do
- Assist Transportation Finance Managers with customer and carrier invoicing, audit, and monthly reporting and analysis.
- Ensure customer invoicing complies with current contractual agreements, including specific lane rates and accessorial charges.
- Identify root causes for recurring system issues and develop timely, practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset for the quality and efficiency of the customer invoicing function.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely invoice issuance and resolution of disputes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Complete monthly customer financial results and variance analysis.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with teams across Carrier Management, IT, Brokerage, and Operations.
