Job Details Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage assigned projects and cases • Follow general company processes • Telephone support: - Implement call-centre programs supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies - Current assistance lines focus on: • Funding and access issues (private, public, and special access programs) • Compliance programs • Administer case-management protocols, including: - Clinical monitoring - Data collection - Ongoing patient follow-up - Compliance - Therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring - Adverse event reporting - Liaison with primary healthcare providers • Conduct pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals • All patient programs use casework methods with significant outbound calling • Document each activity in program-specific databases • Participate in ongoing and specialized training for products/programs • Provide feedback on protocols, databases, processes, and interdepartmental relationships • Communicate clearly with managers and colleagues about case management during absences • Assist managers in training new caseworkers (including shadowing and call monitoring) • Report all Adverse Events to assigned units/departments • Perform additional duties as required Experience and Educational Requirements: • Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields • Minimum two-year associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • At least one year of customer service experience • Bilingual (French/English) is a plus • Ability to multitask • Strong attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills • Medical/pharmaceutical field experience preferred • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements: • Advanced pharmaceutical distribution industry knowledge • Working knowledge of automated warehouse systems • Strong business and financial acumen • Robust analytical and mathematical skills • Effective oral and written communication • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities • Excellent organizational skills • Consistent deadline management • Superior problem-solving abilities • Excellent presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs The successful candidate may interact daily with English-speaking customers, patients, or cross-functional team peers.
