The Case Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) will oversee client cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely, efficient case management. This is a long-term, full-time contractor role with remote work based in LATAM at HireHawk.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and messaging
- Collect, review, and maintain accurate case documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to move cases forward efficiently
- Monitor case progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
