Hustler Marketing is hiring an Ads Creative Strategist - E-commerce Marketing Agency

The Ads Creative Strategist plays a key role at Hustler Marketing, an e-commerce marketing agency focused on driving client success through innovative social media content. You will be responsible for creating compelling creative media by understanding client brands, customer avatars, and the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

What You'll Do

• Provide clients with top-quality creative media
• Research and reach out to potential content creators
• Keep up-to-date with the ever-changing TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
• Develop a deep understanding of each individual client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and specific requirements
• Create detailed script briefs for chosen content creators
• Match script briefs to brand guidelines
• Include full video footage concepts for the creative campaign in script briefs
• Contact and liaise with potential content creators to build a team for each project
• Perform quality control duties on received content to ensure it meets guidelines
• Strategize script briefs based on current TikTok and Instagram trends
• Prepare detailed script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage required
• Research content creators to match each brand’s Customer Avatar goal for each testing concept
• Communicate with potential content creators regarding the scope of each project
• Ensure the quality of Video Ad variations
• Select and arrange a content creator for each project
• Ensure the quality of the content provided by the content creators
• Provide feedback on content received
• Keep up with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends
• Assist with any other tasks as required by the Product Manager
• Communicate directly with clients on occasion

What We're Looking For

• Full-time commitment while meeting general availability for office hours
• Receive contractor status after signing non-disclosure agreement
• Exclusivity agreement (cannot work in a similar position while working for Hustler Marketing)
• Commit to a 30-day notice period after the first month
