Valatam is building a talent pool of bilingual Call Center Agents from Latin America for future fully remote, full-time opportunities. Selected candidates will support global clients with customer service in English and Spanish during rotating afternoon (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) or night shifts (11:00 pm – 7:00 am).
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries in English and Spanish
- Follow up on cancellations and attempt to reschedule services
- Provide accurate information about products and processes
- Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contact existing customers to provide updates and build relationships
- Other similar or related tasks
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience as a Call Center Agent
- Ability to work full-time in a fully remote environment
- Availability to work rotating afternoon shifts (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) or night shifts (11:00 pm – 7:00 am)
Nice to Have
- Candidates based in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Nicaragua, Guatemala, or El Salvador

Work Mode
