Role OverviewJoin a growing team seeking a dedicated Case Manager with fluency in English and Spanish to support clients across Latin America. This is a remote, long-term contract position offering full-time hours and the flexibility to work from anywhere within the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of active client cases, guiding each from initial intake to final resolution with attention to timelines and quality
- Act as the primary contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Collect, verify, and maintain complete and accurate case records, ensuring all documentation meets internal standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate next steps and remove obstacles to case progress
- Track case status proactively, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions early
- Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and data handling procedures
- Provide regular updates to clients and relevant stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the process
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism, empathy, and clarity in every client interaction
Required Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex issues and adapting to evolving situations
- Experience managing end-to-end client cases in a service or support environment
- Background in client-facing roles with direct responsibility for client outcomes
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-up
