The United Football League (UFL) is hiring a Case Manager to play a vital role in our recovery model. You will provide direct client services, assess needs, connect individuals to resources, and develop personalized service plans to support recovery goals. This position offers flex hours and is based in Dayton, Ohio.
What You'll Do
- Provide case management under clinical supervision to adults with substance use and mental health disorders.
- Deliver mostly community-based services, requiring the use of a company vehicle.
- Facilitate client care using excellent communication skills.
- Obtain therapeutic services as specified in client Individual Treatment Plans, including individual and group case management, community activities, facility visits, vocational training, and coordination of care.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre.
- Work with managers to study services and assess needs for improvement.
- Apply direct knowledge of behavioral health issues, documentation procedures, and current therapeutic methods.
What We're Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited college/university or High School.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health or related field.
- An active Driver's License in the state of Ohio.
