Responsibilities
- Help case managers and supervisors ensure timely service delivery and client support.
- Support case managers in keeping case files and client records current.
- Provide administrative assistance to the case management team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Connect clients with internal support and refer them to external service providers.
- Assist case managers and supervisors in preparing and documenting monthly reports, tracking logs, financial logs, and other required documents.
- Help case managers and supervisors with projects as needed.
- Document all services in client case notes.
- Record all financial transactions in client financial tracking logs.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- Work varied hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Undergo reference checks, background check, and motor vehicle background check.
- Travel as required.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Support the successful resettlement of refugees, which may include evening airport pickups for newly arriving refugees, transportation to appointments, housing setups, and home visits.
- Provide interpretation and translation services to clients.
- Conduct intakes and provide program orientation.

- Fluency in Spanish, a refugee language.
- Travel is required.
- Ability to work varied hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Must pass reference checks, background check, and motor vehicle background check.
