Territory Manager - Sacramento & Las Vegas
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Sacramento and Las Vegas markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding our market presence in these key regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for assigned territories
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct targeted sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Provide detailed sales reports and performance analytics
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and market trends
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience in similar territory management role
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories
