The Education Equality Institute is seeking a Career Mentor Volunteer to provide guidance and support to Ukrainian professionals rebuilding their careers. In this remote role, you will offer your expertise in the Nordic job market to help individuals navigate their career transitions.

Provide career guidance and job search strategies.
Review CVs and conduct mock interviews.
Share Nordic job market insights.
Support career transition planning.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote and flexible position, requiring a commitment of 2-4 hours per month.
