About the Role

GE HealthCare is hiring a Cardiovascular Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist to provide clinical education, training, and expert support throughout the customer lifecycle. You will act as a critical technical and clinical subject matter expert, facilitating evidence-based practice and driving business opportunities from pre-sale through post-implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a technical and clinical subject matter expert and liaison to the sales organization to strengthen capabilities and customer relationships.
  • Advance new product features and imaging techniques, partnering with customers to develop training plans for new product assimilation.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training, monitoring and reporting on outcomes.
  • Act as a focal point for the modality and team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, and handle specialty training requests.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
  • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate market intelligence back to the business.
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound products.

What We're Looking For

  • Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience.
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDCS) certification or CCI registry in Echocardiography.
  • Demonstrated experience working on cardiac ultrasound systems in a clinical capacity.
  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.
  • Willingness to travel extensively 90+% (3-4 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US.
  • Must live within the territory: Greater Cleveland, OH.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of clinical experience in Cardiovascular Ultrasound.
  • Strong clinical and technical expertise working on Vivid products.
  • Experience in demonstrating products and solutions to a variety of healthcare audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking to support customers and commercial teams with an understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Openness to change and a process improvement mindset.
  • The ideal candidate will live in Philadelphia, PA.
