ManpowerGroup is seeking a Campus Recruiter based in Atlanta, GA to drive early career hiring for our engineering and rotational programs. You will focus exclusively on engineering-aligned talent, building a robust pipeline of interns, co-ops, and early career engineers.
What You'll Do
- Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience to candidates and clients.
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities, and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals.
- Leverage social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients.
- Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments.
- Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced world of work by staying curious and learning more about your specialty.
- Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies to more effectively market, screen, and present candidates.
- Improve sourcing strategies and build a growing, diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
- Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
- Position yourself as an expert in the world of work, advising candidates and clients and educating clients on market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of campus recruiting or early career recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to describe past success in filling niche, hard-to-fill, or technical roles.
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment cycles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Yello.
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $52,500 - $87,500
