Role Overview
This position is a virtual-based recruitment role focused on sourcing and placing early career engineering talent, including interns, co-ops, and entry-level engineers. Based in Atlanta, GA, with 10–20% travel required, you will serve as the primary point of contact for campus hiring initiatives within a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and rotational programs, from sourcing to offer stage
- Develop and maintain a diverse, qualified pipeline through digital outreach, research, and targeted campaigns
- Collaborate with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and workforce needs
- Conduct accurate screening and assessment of candidates, advocating for their placement in suitable roles
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring they have the tools and information needed for success
- Advise clients on local labor market trends, talent availability, and role positioning
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to build client trust and long-term partnerships
- Stay current with evolving technical skills and workforce trends in engineering disciplines
- Utilize ATS, CRM, and Yello platforms to manage candidate data and streamline processes
Qualifications
Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience in campus or early career recruitment, particularly within technical or engineering fields. Proven success in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles is required. You should be comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setting and possess strong organizational and communication abilities. Proficiency with applicant tracking and customer relationship systems is essential.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with Yello is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a primary virtual setup and periodic travel (10–20%) to campuses, career fairs, and recruitment events. The position supports a diverse, inclusive workplace committed to employee development and equitable opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $52,500 to $87,500. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
