ManpowerGroup is hiring a Campus Recruiter – Early Career Engineering to drive talent acquisition for engineering and rotational programs. This virtual role, based in Atlanta, GA, focuses exclusively on building a pipeline of interns, co-ops, and early career engineers across multiple functional areas.
What You'll Do
- Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience to candidates and clients.
- Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies to effectively market, screen, and present candidates.
- Improve sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
- Exceed client expectations and expand influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
- Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates, advocating on their behalf and preparing them for successful employment.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
- Position as an expert in the world of work, advising candidates and clients and educating on market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of campus recruiting or early career recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing skills with ability to describe past success filling niche, hard-to-fill, or technical roles.
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment cycles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Yello is preferred.
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $52,500 - $87,500.
