Filix (getXdone GmbH) is hiring for a remote call-center role with flexible hours. You will work on customer service and sales projects for startups and established companies in the DACH region. After comprehensive training, you'll operate independently by phone.
What You'll Do
- Handle telephone contact with existing and potential customers in the DACH region using predefined scripts.
- Record customer inquiries and complete documentation in the company system.
- Execute further tasks as instructed by management.
- Train into various customer projects.
- Maintain freely available time of at least 10 hours per week during office hours.
