Responsibilities
- Maintain software inventories for JWC and NCST while ensuring adherence to applicable security policies and standards
- Manage QA/QC activities for CIS builds and desktop image builds that support exercises and operational events
- Conduct QA/QC testing of IT equipment and software prior to deployment and customer handover
- Ensure implementation and compliance of CIS security policies in accordance with exercise and operational documentation
- Lead and supervise technicians conducting internal quality audits and oversee the production of technical non-compliance reports
- Liaise closely with internal Section Heads and provide assistance as required
- Plan and schedule own work and monitor work of others where applicable within limited time horizons
- Perform other duties as may be required
