About the Role

hey contact heroes GmbH is hiring a Business Unit Manager (m/w/d) to lead and grow our sales and consulting business. You will manage a team, drive new customer acquisition, and deepen relationships with our existing clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of Junior and Senior Business Managers.
  • Acquire new customers and maintain and expand relationships with existing customers across our service areas.
  • Determine project requirements and consulting needs for clients.
  • Create offers and conduct contract negotiations, including closing deals.
  • Independently conduct personal and telephone interviews.
  • Handle related administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • A successfully completed degree in economics or commercial training with corresponding further education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong interest in both human resources and information technology.
  • Excellent sales skills, a high value on customer satisfaction, and strong networking abilities.
  • Persistence, determination, and a strong will to succeed.
  • An extremely self-initiative, goal-oriented, and results-driven work style.
  • A structured approach to your work.
  • Persuasive communication and confident negotiation skills.
  • Enjoyment in dealing with people and a sense of humor.
  • Proficiency in German and English for negotiations.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications.
