About the Role
You will lead and develop the SAP BI business unit, taking responsibility for strategic direction, client engagement, and team development while focusing on SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the SAP BI business unit
- Drive business development and expand client relationships in SAP BI domains
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP BI consultants and experts
- Oversee delivery of SAP BW on HANA and BW/4HANA projects
- Manage implementation and integration of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions
- Ensure high-quality technical and functional execution across engagements
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive proposals
- Identify new market opportunities in analytics and data warehousing
- Represent the business unit in internal and external forums
- Monitor financial performance and project profitability
- Foster innovation in data modeling and reporting solutions
- Support recruitment and skill development of team members
- Maintain expertise in SAP BI technology advancements
- Coordinate with cross-functional units for integrated offerings
- Ensure compliance with project management standards
- Lead client workshops and solution design sessions
- Manage stakeholder expectations across projects
- Promote best practices in data governance and architecture
- Drive adoption of modern analytics platforms
- Support change management in client environments
- Ensure timely delivery within project scope and budget
