Corgan seeks a Deltek Vantagepoint System Administrator to join our Information Technology team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing our Deltek Vantagepoint financial management system to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with accounting and operational workflows.
What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Deltek Vantagepoint system, including system settings, workflows, security roles, and user access.
- Manage system changes and updates through the Change Management process, ensuring proper documentation and governance.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Human Resources, and other Operations teams to support business processes and implement system improvements.
- Plan, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain and support integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom fields to support financial and operational reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through audits, validation processes, and governance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering and configuring Deltek Vantagepoint or similar enterprise financial systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows, system security, and user access management.
- Experience managing system changes, upgrades, and patches with thorough documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data integrity within a critical business system.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with Accounting, HR, and Operations teams.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and supporting system integrations.
